I have remote-fatigue a lot because I like being in an office at least 3 days / week. But here are what I do to remove some of the fatigue : 1. Jogging / exercise (basic, but works the best) 2. Take a shower 3. Wear nicer clothes 4. Set a time 5. Write answers on askmakers / Quora to pass the time Hope that helps!
Question:

I think you can completely ignore early day analytics only under 1 condition which is : you're 95% sure that your product is better than your competitor overall (provided there is already a competitor). I say this because if other people are already using similar products and if said product is successful, then it should be clear to you that you don't really need to mind the analytics for a while and just focus on your development. If your product is relatively unique, I think you should look at the analytics because it will tell you a lot. Although this is contextual still.
Question:
Is it a good idea to stick with Google Analytics at the beginning phase of an app?

I'm a bit old school but I still use EC2 instances or some sort of old-school FTP server host. Very simple and just upload files.

most of the other suggestions are good. We chose .org for [FootyStats](https://footystats.org) because .org had an authoritative ring to it - that we wanted for a broad stats site.

I think the better strategies would be to just crawl/aggregate their jobs automatically and post it on your niche job site instead of asking the recruiters to post it. Just do their job for them until you have a lot of users and the recruiters will start doing it on their own.
Question:
How do you sell a niche job boards to recruiters?

Yes! It's possible! I started footystats.org with $40 and kept it going with no revenue for 1 year before making meaningful, self sustaining revenue. Until then it was all just donations.
