I agree with @mijustin. I would try to talk to existing users initially. If you have no users or were working on the project before launching it, you should talk to those who seem to do things youโre building it through your product.

I actually used to put a pitch to those who I'm following come to my city, say why don't you have a cup of coffee? While doing it, I have an issue that lets me miss tweets due to heavy social content traffics. Then I have a few lines of scripts for searching a keyword automatically in Ruby. That's the beginning of Highprofile alert.

How did you come up with the idea of Hiprofile alert?

Totally it depends on the type of business. But most of them start off focusing on increasing the number of chicken. I guess that would be attractive content on the site also. But the most important thing is to increase the match of both, these transactions increasing trajectory leads to PMF.

I had this realization that make what people want startup mantra is not enough. We gotta find what people want, but it should be different or 10x better than existing ones.
